It’s a Community Day on the Village Green with over a half dozen rescue groups and shelters that might just have your next four-legged friend. Bow Wow Rescue, It’s A Pittie Rescue, S.T.R.A.E.S., Half Way Home Rescue, Reach Out Rescue, Pet Supplies Plus and more will provide information about pets looking for a forever home; several groups will bring animals for you to meet.
During your visit, say hi to some of our favorite community partners. Meet an officer, check out a fire truck or donate blood for a pint of ice cream.
