   Hi I just wanted to let you know that I love what you are doing here. I wish I could help but unfortunately my boyfriend and I were told that the city ordanance says we can not have a pittie so we had to send Patches to grandma in Minnesota until we can find a new home for us all. All of the dogs I have are rescue dogs. I also have my bestfriend in PA and he had Cypress a pittie who unfortunately crossed the rainbow bridge due to old age but now he has Ellie another pittie and she is full of life. He rescued her and both of them were/are sweet as could be and great with anybody that comes around. If I were closer I would definately come help with the cuties you need help with. I also wanted to ask do you have foster homes in other states? If we can help we will but first we need to get moved out to the country where we would have lots of space for all of our critters.

   I would love to help by spending time with your dogs. I’m in NW Indiana. I’m not in a position to adopt right now, having 3 dogs now is a handful for me, but I can make time to at least volunteer to walk, and play with the dogs.

   I can volunteer my wednesdays and occasional fridays to walk the boarded dogs. I recently adopted a pit-terrier from my local shelter.

   I am looking to volunteer in any way I can. I am currently living at my parents house and my step mom is allergic to pets so I cant adopt or foster like i want to, but i am willing to come and walk, bathe, feed and play with the dogs.     Thank you for your comment! We currently only have foster homes nearby in the Chicago area (including suburbs), Southern Wisconsin, Southern Michigan, and Northwest Indiana.
